Process
- We use Okoume wood with which we have more than 50 years experience.
- For the production process we are using specialized machinery that is developed by us, together with machine builders, for the production of wooden boxes.
The Wood:
- Okoume comes from plantations in Africa grown for the industry (so no cutting of the rainforest).
- It is a lightweight wood, so it saves transport costs.
- It is neutral and does not smell (no effects on the contents of the box).
- It is highly resistant and easy to process (efficient production).
- There is no deformation of the wood after producing the boxes.
We can also offer you materials like cedar, mahogany and others.
The Finishing:
We can finish your product with or without lacquer in different colors (PMS-Code).
Your artwork or text can be done in:
- Deep print
- Silkscreen print
- Hot foil print
We have a large variety of hardware (hinges and clasps).
Besides the standard box shape, we can also develop special products for you, and if exclusivity is desired, we can discuss this.
